Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Customized or personal-use items
  • Products without original packaging

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
  • COD order refunds may require bank account details for processing.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers can request replacement for damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
